Really unusual twisted drop earrings in high shine sterling silver, textured oxidised silver and 24k keum boo hand gilding.

Keum boo is the application of a pure 24k gold layer over the silver. This ancient Korean technique uses only heat, pressure and patience and allows me to place the tiny flakes of gold exactly where I want them to be.

These were quite tricky to make but I love how they have turned out!
