Shipping
All of my pieces come with FREE UK shipping. This is either Royal Mail 1st class recorded or Special Delivery.
All of my ready to ship / in stock items are sent out within 2 working days of you placing your order.
International shipping is sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed for within 2 working days of you placing your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I currently ship to the USA and Canada via royal mail tracked and signed for, please be aware that you may be charged customs/import duties in your country when your item arrives! I am not responsible for these charges.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item for any reason, please let me know that you intend to do so via email within 14 days of receiving your item.
Items must then be returned unused and undamaged within 28 days of you receiving the item.
You will then be refunded in full within 14 days (usually much sooner) of my receiving of the returned item.
You are responsible for the return postage cost.

PIERCED JEWELLERY due to hygiene reasons I do not accept returns for pierced jewellery.

Faults: Should your item purchased from me require repairs through reasonable, normal use within 6 months of purchase I will repair it free of charge. After 6 months a charge will be made for repairs. Please contact me if you require assistance!
