Handmade, Artisan Jewellery

This is a hand braided, celtic inspired band. It is made by weaving 3 fine strands of silver together and carefully hamering each knot flat on my trusty ancient anvil.

Because this ring is twisted and hammered by hand (not cast or machined) the knots are a little uneven and give the ring a rustic and handcrafted feel.

The ring is lightweight and dainty as each of the strands are only 1.2mm thick, so while it is well made, I wouldn't go digging for buried treasure wearing it! I will have a chunkier version coming up soon.
